LAG problem

Hello i hope here somebody can help me...
I have problem with lag!  My PC problem is  video card, and if somebody have same or  something like that, pls advice me  what to do,  do  get down the lag...   

I test some things like ...  When i'm at spawn  i have 60 fps,  when somebody spawned  it's going  50-57,
When i start moving go down...   And when i joined or be closer to mele it's going  29-33 fps...  When i play strategus  fights  it's  like 22  :(     And  animation rly sucks :/    I see i'm blocking but...  Like playing in NA but little worst!

It's start  after  christmas bonus i think.  I don't have much time and don't play it those days. After 1 update this shit starts...  before the update  i play  with  WSE2.  I have little  fps  better than this  but  it's crash sometimes...   Now i can't  run  the WSE2   and   i'm forced  to be laggy  nab...


I believe somebody can help me or advice me...  I think  resolution can help little, but first  i should  hear some professional  word or just  dude  who have  same or like that problem how to  laggy  less!

OS?

PC ---> 3 GHz, 2 GB RAM,  512 mb video (maybe ruined i think cuz of those screens!)


When i enter  on  luncher options and  set  "Auto set"    to my PC  specs  everything going  on hight, but  i play on low and  you see  my  gameplay...    This  done when i fight  and in middle of fight it's  prevents me to play  as i can....  On  native i don't have those problems. And my fps almost always 60. But don't like native.
In every server over 10 or 20 ppl  start  get low fps and this  in  fights.
