I wasn't sure if you could post multiple maps, but I thought I read it somewhere. Anyways here's a collection of maps I made.

Snowy Town

This town is undergoing a harsh winter. It is now harsher than ever before, the town is under attack. The soldiers must fight the attacking force so that the villagers can flee to the castle for safety. Hold them back!

You can post old maps, however only maps that haven't been released before the contests start, added Snowy Town to the entry list.
1H stab is the fastest, strongest and longest 1H animation. There's no reason NOT to use it in all instances. I don't know if it's OP, but it's boring. 1H used to be fun because you had a fast (left), long (right) and the most devastating attack (stab) and had to choose the best attack for each occasion.

great submissions guys!!  cant wait to see the maplist get some fresh maps.

CHASM is coming along quite nicely.  some gaps are close enough for cavalry to leap, some are close enough for infantry to leap.  expect midair battles...

nice looking map.

tho im afraid archers and ranged will camp both sides off the cliffs and everyone will be afraid walking over those bridges.
but i guess u will add more cover, becasue its not finished.

only thing i allways wonder is. almost every map of u got a castle at completely unstrategic positions.

but this is more of a background thing. i guess gameplaywise most players will like it.

No way, that's a great place for a castle. The enemy can only approach from one side, and the chasm keeps them from mobilizing and major siege equipment. Chances are any major attacking force will be cut in half by the chasm, forced to set up their siege camp on both sides, making it much more feasable for the defenders to sally forth as well.

EDIT: people build castles in far less accessible places for the same reason:

Man if only you had a time machine. You could get back there and tell them all they were doing it wrong.  :|

Edit: Just got to throw one more in, simply because I've visited a few times. 2,500 years after its founding it still has a few residents. Speaks well for its design, logistically. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Civita_di_Bagnoregio

this place is more accesable tbh. and also in medeival sieges were rare mostly they just beseiged it till they had no more food, water etc. im gonna end this here now its a mapmaking thread and i allready said ilike the maps its probably gonna be really nice to play on. i just said its not so realistic. but thats just my taste. (some of my maps arent 100% realistic too)

To prevent this there is a big middle "island" which melee infantry can jump down to.  It isn't bottlenecky and has lots of cover.  Still, I want to force as much action as possible around the chasm for great falldeaths, and I have to provide lots of cover (rocks and probably those yellow flowery bushes) to keep ranged from being supergay.

I'm going to put as much cover as I possibly can while retaining high FPS.  Can't really tell how much I can get away with until the map is closer to completion.

Tropical has one of the only gameplay-relevant castles in all battle maps!  The main reason I use castles as background is because none of my maps have unapparent invisible borders  8-)
