Errrggh Anders gotta be honest, a lot of these screenshots don't really prove that much. It is much more useful to see many screenshots of someone in the same round (to show their progression of movement or lack therof) than it is to see a bunch of rounds with only one or two screenies each.
So I'm going to break this up into what I see, what I know, and what the logs say.
What I see:Both screenshots are 3 seconds apart, at the end of a round. No evidence of leeching.

Start of round; I see some siege equipment but no weapon equipped. Could be a 0 slot sidearm though, so I can't confirm.

Two screenshots taken 4 seconds from one another mid-round. Not enough time in screenshots to determine if he's afk. Looks like he has rocks as a weapon. No hard evidence of leeching.
Lots of allies & enemies in shot, Egad punching the siege shield he just deployed. No weapons visible early in the round (or is that a rock?). Maybe leeching, but could have 0 slot sidearm or something.

Looks like a round/rounds where he spawned siege shields but no weapons & went hiding. Hard to confirm but doesn't look like a weapon, and looks likely to be leeching.
Can't confirm intent of this, so I'm not going to do anything about intentional TW griefing.
Yes he's level 32.
What I know:- Egad has been banned 6 times in the past, 3 of them for leeching.
- This certainly looks to be leeching, even if not every screenshot confirmed it. Screwing around occasionally isn't the end of the world, but when it happens over a longer period of time ( as it looks like it did here) it gets more suspicious.
- I know that Egad is not a peasant so he was fully capable to be a factor in the battle with weaponry & armor. Not wearing armor isn't against the rules, but not having a weapon is. Frankly even if that was a rock in his hand (and judging from the punch animation I'm thinking that it isn't) it shows a lack of intention to contribute to the round.
- There is no penalty for sucking, but I know that Egad doesn't suck, so it's reasonable to assume he can contribute to his team most rounds, and if he doesn't contribute for many rounds in a row it is likely because he isn't trying.
What the logs say: - It looks like there were some vague complaints about delaying in admin chat around this time, but outside of some from Anders I don't think they were directed at Egad.
- On the 18th (the day this ban thread was for) I see Egad was online for about 2 hours. For the first 30-45 minutes it looks like he was using regular weapons & was getting a substantial amount of kills.
-For the next half hour, he got a total of 1 kill with a spiked mace.
-Then one round after that he got a bunch of kills with a masterwork awlpike.
-He then proceeded not to get a kill for the remaining half hour until he disconnected. So that's about an hour of time where there was a single round where he got kills; the remaining 55 minutes involve one kill with a spiked mace.
