Sometimes bans is needed, since some people dont get it, if its just a warning. A warning does not have any real consequence, so it might not have an effect.

Even a ban is not enough sometimes, some people wont even stop after that. I dont why and how, but some people need multiple bans, before it gets through to them.

Wrong. Its BAN section and people shouldn't post nonsense opinions and other crap, you get warning for that. At least some who are hated by moderators, some are tolerated with spamming a lot of shit and get away with it.
