My view on this. Getting banned for spawning with 4 C. Materials when you are helping building a weapon rack shouldn't be against the rules. Ofc, if you don't get a weapon right after the weapon rack is built, then it is leeching, but if you are actually building a weapon rack to make a good position for ammo resupply (VERY usefull, almost important, for throwers on siege defense), then they should be able to do so.

Things like weapon rack and the like is one of the things that makes cRPG so much cooler than native. Don't penalize people for trying to use them. I've seen Yurnero ingame in siege doing badass when he builds a weapon rack in a good position (usually overlooking the flag) and just rape people with throwing lances.
