Why would you want to nerf everything. Buff rain, it should become acidic to reflect countries in the far north west of calradia burning coal and fuel. Acid rain would do damage over time and increase upkeep on everything.

I completely agree with this but I am still surprised that it's Tzar suggesting this. A rainy map makes crossbows especially and archers less effective, although everyone moves slower so they are easier to shoot.

Do it and nerf crossbows!

Buff night time. Rain doesn't bother me as much as not being able to see properly (you can disable rain effects in options anyway, and I believe you still hear it now as well even if you can't see it)
