Character Resets Everytime I Join Server

I believe I'm level 18 and have an item in most slots.

When I join ANY server, I join as naked and level one.

The gold and xp I earn as well doesn't even add to my character.

Help?

I have the same problem since 5 hours. Hopefully it will be gone soon.
