d3dx9_43.dll file missing from my computer???

I have had this problem since they released WSE2. I click the WSE2 beta and click play crpg. it downloads the banners and then crashes and says The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. try re-installing the program to fix this problem.  i tried re-installing warband, crpg, and the launcher.
 Please help

Just install direct x9, had the same problem

Im having this problem right now, I can play with out WSE2 but it disconnects me from the server after every round or in the middle of the round.  I have direct x 11 and the game was working fine last night so I dont know what the problem is.

Sounds like your internet has problems.
