cant repair heirloomed item

Sorry but,
im in panic about my heirloom point....
simple like that: at my heirloomed sword that is damaged (unusable now) the repair option did never show  up!
Not in chipped and not in cracked stage.
Any help ideas?

You can repair it on your character Page. Select your character, go to "Inventory", then to "Items" (on the left). If an item is broken, there is a button with a small hammer and the amount of money it'll cost on it. Make sure not to pick the wrong button, the one with the coins on it will sell the item!

Indeed.
And i also just noticed that you can't sell loomed weapons back to the shop, so there'll be just 1 button.
