Hey I have a few builds in mind since I've played cRPG quite a bit, but I could use some suggestions on a level 32, 33, and 34 build. I'm not sure which I'll go to so hopefully certain builds will spark my interest.

I'm aiming for a racist frenchman Crossbow, 2H Hybrid build as I already am 95% of the time.
I don't mind split WPF.

This is my 30 build that I go most of the time.

bad thing with hybrids is that u have to wear medium/low tier armor cause of the weight  penalty..

I'd prob recommend shooting for a level 33 build.  34 is really getting up there unless you play all the time.

Yea I wear Druzhina Mail Shirt, and for heavier.. (don't make fun of me) Heavy Kuyak.

I'd prob recommend shooting for a level 33 build.  34 is really getting up there unless you play all the time.

I don't do 2h/xbow so that's why I didn't suggest a build at level 33, but playing with the calc I'd prob suggest this:


Strength:        27
Agility:         15

Skill to attr:    8

Ironflash:        7
Power Strike:     9
Athletics:        5
Weapon Master:    5

Two Handed:     102
Crossbow:       125

Or else maybe 24/18?  I think 5 or 6 athletics is really all you ever need as footman.  I'd rather have more PS than athletics.

Yeah you'll have to play with the WPF's.  That low of WPF for 2h would concern me too.  I'd prefer to be closer to 120 at least.  I know if you go 6 WM you can get 119/119 in 2 skills, so maybe look at 24/18 instead?  But I don't know how much WPF you'd need in Crossbows to be accurate.  I have an alt for 2h/xbows and he's only at level 25 and only like 100 wpf in crossbow, and he doesn't seem very accurate with it.

I really have jack shit to contribute, but hey, never stopped me before.

I find that 140 WPF (what I've been running) with a +0 Heavy Crossbow was not quite enough to properly snipe people and that's with no armor to speak of. It was ok on medium distances, but even then you couldn't properly headshot stuff. Long distances? Forget about it.

To be fair, depending on your 2h you could probably go as low as 100 wpf in that, but for no leftovers maybe 117/149 for the wpf.

18/24 is currently the best level 33 build if you are hybrid between two WPF types. 6 PS is enough to deal serious damage with a big 2h sword, and 24 agi/8 athletics will make you reall fast in medium armor. You are using a Crossbow right? Not something heavier with langes messer or other 1h/2h 1 slot weapon? If you are using heavy xbow or arbalest get at least 150 wpf and put the rest in 2h. 130 or so is good enough for a +3 Crossbow.

With 24 strength you still have 59 HP. Marcus seems to do alright with 100 crossbow WPF (with a +3 crossbow and +3 steel bolts, mind you). If you hit 34, you can convert the attribute points into more IF.

Personally, I'd recommend 21/24. You move faster than most NA players and hit just as hard, I have a great time with it. Plus, you can load IF if you feel you die too easily or you can load WM if you need more crossbow WPF, can't really go wrong with it.

I think I would rather go down to 21/21 and have 7 IF then 1 more powerstrike.
