im gen 16 now and have decided to go high lvl now because i got bored of being low lvl, but i put the man hours into getting there and s0o i think you should as well, it may be annoying being a peasant but its part of the game.

Retire at level 15 and having to pay 5k more gold each time. Maybe we should go back to that system, just change it a bit  :?:

I retired on lvl33 yesterday, cause of the fun and pinktext, Veteran sound good for me, Grandmaster or Master sounds abit .... gay.

But i dont like it that there are sooo much MW stuff on the ground. They should be more rare ^.^

no cute peasants anymore !?! Nooo , save peasantry !
srs, lvling up from peasant level was one of core concepts in cRPG , which i like. Idc dieing and being useless with a character for a bit until i get my first kills. For me its part of the fun and a nice challenge each time i retire one of my alts. Even the lvl 1-20 server somewhat odd concept in my eyes.
I am writing long winded essays in shitty english.

I like reaching new lvl every few ticks now and then. Makes the low lvl "grind" as you call it much more enjoyable than going 31+, for me. I suck even with complete builds and whatnot, so i do not mind retiring everytime i get to 31. I was actually planning to get 5 more generations to reach gen 35 so when i got to lvl 35 i would be both lvl and gen 35

Make builds for 30 but retire at 32, thats what I'd do. You will spend most of your time at lvl 30+ and get 2 loom points at the end

You're losing a gen bonus for xp if you do that then.  Unless you're over gen 16 (which a lot of us aren't)

Remember that you're getting a 100% xp/gold boost the 6th of January, so that the grind is already divided by 2.

Being a peasent is fun. It makes you appreciate being high level.

That's why I am always fake peasant, fun+high level=lulz
Yes, been posted before. Rather than practicing swinging a weapon, it would be better to go 1 hander and learn a martial art that specializes in takedowns, because that's all that really matters in that sport.

yolo bro.
Interesting argument, do go on. Perhaps I should have performed a piece of low-grade trolling such as is more suited to your MO?

Although frankly I think my joke took more brain power than this thread. Which I don't necessarily disagree with, but id rather see retirement scrapped altogether.

Unfortunately, we gotta have that grind....

I think we all should apologize to Ratigans superior brain power that we all lack, he is a rat after all.

Exactly! You try squeezing through a hole the size of a 50 pence piece when you yourself are 20 times that size.

It's not just a matter of physical ability. You have to plan it out.

Being a peasent is fun. It makes you appreciate being high level. Its the only way for people to understand how new players feel.

That is exaclty what I think !
If you are not happy to be low lvl , go on the "serveur 5 maxlvl 20" for +50% xp and more fun !

There's already too much grinding. Dozens of hours just for one generation, that is for nolifers only.
The post is up there

Thats my point, grinding after a period of time becomes dull..
