edit: after reading this thread i would say permaban his ass, he's a huge troll that has mutliple banrequests on his name and i even looked through the banrequests he made and saw that most turned out to show that HE was the one that started it.
Also as he clearly says, cRPG has no value for him, so why not helping him out and banning his key?
