following on from a discussion between shema and a few of us on eu1 late at night i began to wonder what other people like/dislike about crpg.
To me its still the same thing that drew me to crpg
The variety. The ability to pick any build and any armour/weapon combos that i feel like, In battles i dont know for sure what build the other guy has, i dont know how fast he will swing or how much damage it would do. That is what i get bored of in native. here everyone you meet can be different. high level/low level, high str/high agi etc.
what i dislike was the lance nerfs for cav (although i can see why cav needed to be nerfed in crpg) the fact that cav cant really duel each other much or take on aware good players.
I do enjoy native dueling i must admit but in native battles i get bored after a while, the one thing that annoys me most in crpg however is the egotistical view of the majority of 2h that warband was made for them and everyone else should gtfo of their way and let them compete in a long series of duels
some other nice changes for me = removal of crushthrough for morningstar/barmace and removal of polestagger. these are fine in native but in crpg where people will abuse builds and weapons then some things have to be removed. its just how it is
(PS if this post is confusing and rambling its late and ive been drinking ^^)
