Missing a loom point HELP?

I had 2 loom points just the other day I loomed my tier 2 helmet (1 point),and now today I was about the use the other one and it is gone. Yeah I just double checked I cannot loom anything it has just vanished. :/ can I get any help on this? I am not conning for another loom point.......

I know for a fact it is lost because I am gen 14 and I was never down a loom. I have 4 masterworks (12points) I had saved 2 loom points. Then I traded for a reinforced coif and loomed it once to lordly. So where did my other point go to?

if you are gen 14, you should have 13 looms, you start on gen 1

I am positive I had 2 points because I remember checking a few days before that for items I could get with 2 looms. And that makes sense what you said but I don't post if something is wrong unless I am 100% sure.
