Armoury fee went from 20% of upkeep (1.4% of item price) to 10% (0.7% of the item price) and I updated clan info and such a bit.

If you want a clan to play together with people you really should look into other clans, Peasants United has no teamspeak and all donators including me are actually in another clan. PU is basically an armoury for new players, but every clan has one, we just insta accept anyone (which a lot of clans do as well).

Good news, again! Since so more people have started making use of our armoury, I have decided to lower the armoury fee again!

Previously the armoury fee was 10% of the upkeep (0.7% of the item price). I set the armoury fee to 5% of the upkeep (0.35% of the item price).

A few examples of how cheap this is:

* Plated charger:
     - shop price: 60.262 gold
     - armoury: 211 gold/day

* Tribal warrior outfit:
     - shop price: 1.569 gold
     - armoury: 5 gold/day

Everything with a fee of 5 or lower is free now.

As so many people were using the armoury and we are making enough gold to never come into trouble again when buying a banner, I decided to lower the armoury fees again!

BEFORE:
* Everything at 5% of upkeep

NOW:
* Rank 0: 1% of upkeep
* Rank 1: 2% of upkeep
* Rank 2: 3% of upkeep
* Rank 3: 4% of upkeep
All fees are rounded up downwards, so a fee of 7.95 gold is rounded up to 7 gold.

UPDATED ARMOURY FEES

BEFORE:
* Rank 0: 1% of upkeep
* Rank 1: 2% of upkeep
* Rank 2: 3% of upkeep
* Rank 3: 4% of upkeep

         |     * players earn more gold in servers as the gold per tick has increased
         |     * banner slot prices have gone up, they now cost 10 times more!

NOW:
* Rank 0: 2% of upkeep
* Rank 1: 4% of upkeep
* Rank 2: 6% of upkeep
* Rank 3: 8% of upkeep

All fees are still rounded up to the lowest number before the comma. So, a fee of 10.8 will only cost you 10 gold.
