1) That peasant that you go to for the easy kill, just to find out that it's some mega-expert player working on his 38th gen character and can block everything with his stupid little cudgel.
2 and 3) The two allies who you think are following you into a melee against 3 enemies, just to find that they changed their mind and decided to chase a peasant across the map.
