Anyway, now involved party's have had the chance to respond, i don't see a further use for this topic to be open anymore (since that only brings the risk of off topic BS from the past)

Im gonna focus on figuring out how to get a clear set of rules for strat, a way to enforce those rules, and come with a suggestion to the devs.
