Dying horses cause bump

Hello,

I suggest that dying horse would also cause bump so archers couldn't be able to wait until they see eyeballs of the horse and then shoot. Or one hander stab horse with sword (strong wrists) without a hit. Then they run away or kill falling rider. The archer/stabber should also fall when dying horse hits him. I don't expect that it would do massive damage. Just bump the dude who is on the way of dying horse.

As an almost level 33, 12th generation cavalry lancer I think it's a good idea (i've brought it up on random places and others have as well I believe) but it would create too large of an imbalance in the game to do.  I'd only suggest doing something like this, if they somehow make it so you can brace pikes/long spears/lances on the ground and it impales horses.

They nerfed head damage of horses some time this year to couter that. If they revert that I agree.

Add it, but also add a feature where if you are looking at a horse charging you that you jump out of the way.

Add it but also allow people to jump up, kick the lance out of the riders grip with your left leg and kick the rider in the head oneshotting him off the horse with the right leg.
1H stab is the fastest, strongest and longest 1H animation. There's no reason NOT to use it in all instances. I don't know if it's OP, but it's boring. 1H used to be fun because you had a fast (left), long (right) and the most devastating attack (stab) and had to choose the best attack for each occasion.

Yeah exactly, there's too many things that can't balance this out.  IRL you could dive out of the way if a horse was coming at you, not just try to side step.

Or you could pull someone off a horse, or you could give someone a piggy back ride with the horse.

Pikes/spears etc already stop horse and it raises to it back feet? Then it could just die there and NOT "fall forward" and cause bump to pike- or spearman.

People are already able to jump away from the horse in this game. Huge jumps without any initial running speed :) And usually they also hit the rider when they side-jump. This suggestion is made that archers etc WOULD jump out the way and not stay in front of horse and shoot.

Oh this isnt about realism its about being butt hurt from charging archers head on.

Also a bump should make some damage on the horse depending on the weight if the bumped

You're kidding right? Horses have got really really strong ribcages, hence why we use them to ram into stuff

Horses weigh anywhere from 4 to 5 times (or more) than a human.  They're pretty much solid bone and muscle.  Have you ever stood next to a horse?  Do you really think any armor you're wearing is going to cause much damage to the horse as it runs into you at 20mph or more and you bounce off it's massive chest or "shoulder" (not sure what it'd be called) muscles?

Horses are large compared to humans.

A non armoured horse shall suffer if they bump over a tincan. Just imagine it.
And I have used horses in real life and they are not tanks neither cars neither unstopable force of nature.
I think that if they lose  like 1/20 of his life if the bumped wear full plate armour is fine.
Man, think it.
If you implement very small damage on horses that can represent how they can get tired or exaust of hitting and bumping too much.
And there are very different kind of horses and weights and strongness but that is another story.

Horses are large compared to humans.

If I hit you in the head with a dog hurled at 30 mph, it is still going to fuck up your face, even if dogs are small compared to humans. And don't even get me started on a flying cat going that fast at your face!

Okay, add it all. But also add; if horses are meant to bump into a player, let them randomly rear. They might fear doing exactly that, they could randomly stop about 10 meters in front of the player once they know "Oh shit, theres a fucking spear... dont want to get impaled!".
