Duality

In the new beginning, there was void filled with darkness. From the void emerged the first sparkle of light, a primordial force, known as The Architect. He created many worlds, each universe for itself, and filled them with stars, which formed galaxies. At first, his power was limited but after eons he spent on creation of worlds his power slowly became greater and greater. One day his power started to grow to such proportions, we could even call it limitless.

That wasn't enough for him, he always wanted more. Being almighty wasn't enough, he needed a real test of his power. He decided to create a star so bright, which will shine stronger than all the stars he created combined. During that process something went wrong and instead of making the brightest star in the universe, he created celestial being, known as Star Maker.

After that incident, The Architect lost all his power which was replaced by newly acquired dark power of the void. The power of light he once had was transferred to Star Maker. From the moment he was born, Star Maker was emotionally attached to The Architect and considered him as father. Unlike him, The Architect despised Star Maker because he was the reason he lost his power.

Ever since then, The Architect and Star Maker are in eternal struggle. Star Maker seeking for love and affection of his father, The Architect wanting to annihilate Star Maker thinking that if he kills him he will get his power back. Reason why that never happened lies in fact light power is a lot stronger than dark power that The Architect now possesses. Like every unwanted child, Star Maker came to conclusion that the reason why he is being rejected by his father lies in him.

Feeling shame because of his self imposed inadequacy, he started to flee from The Architect. Their fights always ended in the same way, The Architect trying to annihilate Star Maker who was fleeing from him. Every time dark energy came in contact with Star Maker, new stars and planets appeared. The Architect used his dark power in many ways, creating pockets of dark matter in the universe, trying to ensnare Star Maker. But that never happened, it just led to creation of new worlds.

After some time, Star Maker came to idea to try to hide on some of the worlds his power created. First he transformed those worlds to his liking, made them special gave them life. Star Maker populated those worlds with lower, mortal beings. Some of those beings evolved and formed civilizations. He helped in many ways, hoping that one day he'll please his father by showing him examples of perfection his worlds achieved.

Every being that he ever created was pure from birth, because force of light created it. With progression of time every being become corrupted with darkness that came from the void. Some less, some more but there wasn't mortal being unaffected by the power of the void. Void shaped perfectly good beings into more evil ones. Such turn of events never allowed Star Maker to create a perfect world, controlled by perfect civilization.

In his many attempts to stop that and try to reverse it, he disguised himself in many different forms. Some of them were those of prophets, some of natural events that shaped the worlds and civilizations on them. One of those forms included vision of dark being that mimicked his father, The Architect. He thought that if he show mortal beings end result of their conversion from light to dark, he could affect them in a way which could reserve the whole process and in the end, make his father proud. In one of his appearances he made as a prophet, he begged The Architect to forgive mortal beings, to relieve them of their fate, to lift the dark curse that has been cast upon them.

That never happened. Eternal struggle continues til eternity, between good-hearted being made of pure light, filled with love and affection, and force of void, filled with darkness, unable to love or care. Conflict of those two prime forces shaped the universe. What The Architect and Star Maker never realised is that they were complementary forces and that the only thing that kept the universe in one part was the delicate balance between them which never changed.

Since the time The Architect emerged from void and after he gave birth to first being which separated him from his original power, balance between the darkness of void and the primordial force of light wasn't short of perfect. That was the only reason why universe existed. But time, constant that existed even before universe was created and before the first sparkle, has been witness that nothing changed.

Balance was always there, since the beginning of time and never changed a bit. Space took different form, from endless void transformed into universe because of the original split of forces. And every further separation of true prime forces will led to new universe creation but nothing will change. Balance between forces will stay constant, their eternal struggle will stay constant as well, time was always constant.

Computers....  They help humanity in many ways. They accelerate our communication. their programs increase productivity in just about every form of the job market. They even open up entertainment for ourselves.

However, they're not always used for the most honorable purposes. Hackers, scammers, con artists, all of them terrorize society ranging from ruining someone's fun to identity theft. But there one way, one terrifying way, that very few people know about. Why is it kept a secret? Simple, many of those that find out are dead shortly after.

Go left! Around the corner he's up in the tower! HEADSHOTSHOTSHOT! Fuck yeah!!!!!! Woohoo!!! The players were stunned to find that one person just killed an entire team of 7 people in the final match of the Cyber Competition League. The winners celebrated wildly while the other team sat stunned, glaring at their screen.

This was not the first time these players faced each other. They had their share of matches against each other. After many of those matches their were arguments, each team accusing the other hacking or using some third party program. But this match, this match was simply too much. This time, there was hundreds of posts raging at each other, arguing, threatening.

There continuous arguments on the forums were painful for the rest of the community to bear. They repeatedly tried to step in, but to no avail. On some attempts, they even made their feuding worse. It came to the point where they were all muted on the forums. Even that didn't work when they brought their continuous raging into the public servers.

Two players in particular knew each other irl. Their names were Tommy and Jack. They went to the same high school, but only knew each other from the few classes they had together. They didn't talk too much after graduation. In fact, the only way they found out that each other played the same game was through checking their rival clans private forums.

Their latest argument

Jack posts, " WTF WAS THAT??!! UR A MOTHER FUCKING BULLSHIT HACKER U GOD DAMN bundle of sticks! I CAN'T BELIEVE THE ADMINS HAVEN'T BANNED U YET."

Tommy replies, " QQ MOAR"

They keep replying like this for almost 2 hours. Finally an admin steps in, and decides to ban them.

So, Jack decides to pay a visit to Tommy's place. It was a small apartment on the poorer side of the city. He knocks on the door to find a short, skinny person standing there. He shoves him to the floor and starts to kick him senselessly. Fueled by his nerd rage and his bipolar disorder, he takes the welcome mat sitting outside the door and suffocates the unconscious person on the floor. Jack then hurriedly runs away from the scene and gets on the nearest bus to head back to his house.

The next day, he wakes up and makes a cup of coffee. Before work, he decides to check if he is still banned from the forum. To his excitement, he found he was unbanned. He decided to make a post to to announce his arrival back to the forums.
He checks back to the forums a few minutes later, only to find something very strange. Their was the same post made by the same person on every board. All the previous threads made by different people were erased.

The author of this post.... 10001010101101001111101001

The thread reads HAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAH..... John is dead!

Jack almost falls off his chair while reading this. John was one of his clan mates and played similar games with each other for almost 2 years.

GGGGGGGGWWWWWWUUUSSSSHHHH. Jacks power goes out. At this point jack starts freaking out, and runs out of his house to go to work. When he returns he finds the power still out. So he calls the electric company on his cell phone to see what the problem is. The electrician comes by his house. After three hours of trying to locate the problem, the electrician gives up and heads home. Jack wasn't sure what to do about the problem, so he decides to go get fast food then go to bed.

The next day, he wakes up to find the power still off. But when he goes down the stairs and past his computer the power turns on. He checks everything electric to see if it was working, then he turns to his computer. He finds that his computer is opened to the forum page. He reads scrolls down only to see the same thing that happened yesterday.

Last post by: 10001010101101001111101001

He opens it.

Another clanmate dead.

By this point he is desperate to find some way out of this. Over the next few days he tries to move In with some of his friends, but the same thing happens. Every time another clanmate dead.

He awakes On the seventh day, and realizes that he is the only one left. He accepts his fate. He walks down the stairs and to his computer to find a figure sitting in front of it. He stands, in shock, on the third step of the stairs. The figure notices him, and suddenly jack finds that he is being pulled towards the computer. He screams louder and louder as he nears the computer until he passes out.

He awakes, only to find that all he can see is....

James
James was my best friend. James always knew what to say, James was Smart, James was Funny, and James was gay. He told me, yep. One day he just said it, like it was nothing, “By the way I’m gay,” were his exact words. He didn’t talk much for the next few days. We just laid in the park. That’s all he ever wanted to do. Just lay there. In the park. On a rock that was hidden from view. And we just laid there. Before school, after school, and on the weekends. We just laid there.

Then he started talking. Not much at first. But he started talking. We talked about everything. We talked about nothing. We would talk. Just talk and lay in the park. He told me how hard it was. He told me how his parents were always at church and always fighting.

He told me how I was the only one who understood him. And while we talked and lay in the park. I noticed something. I noticed he only talked to me. At school everyone loved him. Girls mostly. But he never talked to anyone. He would sit with his popular friends, but not talk. Just sit. And he would smile at me on occasion. And I noticed I would watch the clock until school was out. So we could go up and lay and talk in the park. But I also noticed he didn’t like to be seen with me.

And one day I asked him why. And he told me. “Because I love you,” and he cried. He cried because he couldn’t show he loved me. Because if he did, he would lose his friends. He would lose his family. And I hugged him. And He cried.
He told His parents the next day. His mom cried, His dad yelled, and I held his hand. He couldn’t stand it anymore. And he ran. He ran into the rain.

And I knew where he was going. And I went there. He just sat there. Curled up with his face buried between his knees. And I didn’t know what to say. And I didn’t know what to do. And I sat with him. And he looked at me. And we just stared. And he said “I love you” and I said “Me too”. And He smiled. And I kissed him. And the rain stopped shortly afterwards. But we were still there. Holding hands.

And when it got late, we went home. And we came through his window. And we laid there. His arms wrapped around me. And we were wet, and we were cold, and I said “I love you” and he said “I love you too” and we fell asleep.

In the morning, he wasn’t there anymore. And I heard yelling. His parents. They said they were moving next week. They had to keep him away from me. And they were sending him to a special school. A school where they would “fix him”. And he had to leave me behind and never see me again. And I cried. And left through the window.

He wasn’t at school that day. He wasn’t at school that week. And I didn’t see James anymore. James loved me. And I loved him. James parents didn’t. And James killed himself for these reasons. James was my best friend. And I … I was his only one.

I Like Monkeys

The pet store was selling them for 5¢ a piece. I thought that odd since they were normally a couple thousand each. I decided not to look a gift horse in the mouth. I bought 200. I like monkeys.

I took my 200 monkeys home. I have a big car. I let one drive. His name was Sigmund. He was retarded. In fact, none of them were really bright. They kept punching themselves in their genitals. I laughed. Then they punched my genitals. I stopped laughing.

I herded them into my room. They didn't adapt very well to their new environment. They would screech, hurl themselves off of the couch at high speeds and slam into the wall. Although humorous at first, the spectacle lost its novelty halfway into its third hour.

Two hours later I found out why all the monkeys were so inexpensive: they all died. No apparent reason. They all just sorta' dropped dead. Kinda' like when you buy a goldfish and it dies five hours later. Damn cheap monkeys.

I didn't know what to do. There were 200 dead monkeys lying all over my room, on the bed, in the dresser, hanging from my bookcase. It looked like I had 200 throw rugs.

I tried to flush one down the toilet. It didn't work. It got stuck. Then I had one dead, wet monkey and 199 dead, dry monkeys.

I tried pretending that they were just stuffed animals. That worked for a while, that is until they began to decompose. It started to smell real bad.

I had to pee but there was a dead monkey in the toilet and I didn't want to call the plumber. I was embarrassed.

I tried to slow down the decomposition by freezing them. Unfortunately there was only enough room for two monkeys at a time so I had to change them every 30 seconds. I also had to eat all the food in the freezer so it didn't all go bad.

I tried burning them. Little did I know my bed was flammable. I had to extinguish the fire.

Then I had one dead, wet monkey in my toilet, two dead, frozen monkeys in my freezer, and 197 dead, charred monkeys in a pile on my bed. The odor wasn't improving.

I became agitated at my inability to dispose of my monkeys and to use the bathroom. I severely beat one of my monkeys. I felt better.

I tried throwing them way but the garbage man said that the city wasn't allowed to dispose of charred primates. I told him that I had a wet one. He couldn't take that one either. I didn't bother asking about the frozen ones.

I finally arrived at a solution. I gave them out as Christmas gifts. My friends didn't know quite what to say. They pretended that they like them but I could tell they were lying. Ingrates. So I punched them in the genitals

Once upon a time, a guy with a smashin' stache came to power in a country. Everyone loved him. Then he had a little war, in which millions of his own people died, and while that was going on, he purged millions of undesirables too. The Jews didn't like that, so they killed him. The end.
