We have the same problem ... kids come , fight 2 days , and then, don't come on TS , events , and being AFK ... So , we have to sack them from the clan ^^.

In the beginning me, NoGo, Nyu and Austriano where always sitting alone in our TS channel, but nowadays we got our own TS (thanks to zaal) and we are most times 6 to 8 people and we having a great time
