Sheathable Torch

Please make torches sheathable it is a disgraceful weapon and there is no need for it to be unsheathable.
The only real reason to use one is that it looks sweet and to have it as an aesthetic sidearm.

Make it 0 slots, and make it sheathable, but sheathing it causes persistent fire damage that continues until you run into water.

Seriously though.
I would only use it as a sidearm because it looks cool; it would serve no more or perhaps even less purpose than my current Rondel Dagger does (in that Rondel Dagger actually hurts people).
Nahh, you could sheath it so that the fire doesn't actually touch you

Make it 1 slot, make it sheathable and increase the blunt damage by a tiny bit.

I'd end up using it as my main and only weapon.

I myself love RP but this unfortunently does not have too much use in CRPG, I would however.. Vote yes for this if you would say, burn when you sheath it.
EDIT: Oh yeah, I would also love a small ignite chance when you hit an enemy.

Because using a torch is the same thing as leeching in my mind.  You're fucking useless with a torch, at least get a pitchfork (or maybe a scythe).  Even then, if you're not a peasant it seems like leeching to me. 

You could always go play Persistent World Mod and RP having sex with people while the admins ban people actually playing the game as a faction fighting war game.
