Like Blackzilla already pointed out, Peppo did not know and was fixing it, And I'll even jump into the fire and say I checked and mine was set at an odd time (18:00, now at 01:00), which is weird cause I could have sworn I fixed it a month ago, But alas Myself and Tulga are set to a normal time.. Not that I want to see anyone knocking on my door other than the regular brothel lovers, but if swords are to be drawn they can be done so at an acceptable time slot (Which if it was up to me would only be between 6pm and 10:30pm EST, as I need to work and keep an income to keep the wife happy and off my back while I do play)

But all clans are guilty of it, mainly just not knowing and understanding, But I do assure you that it is completely unintentional.
