Maybe, but the problem is not on my end. It's not even a real problem.

I usually have to reinstall heirloom pack with every patch, I haven't done it yet since starting with this client but I assume that would fix it

I don't think so, it's a problem with how the pack works (i.e. by duplicating resources). There were no visibile warnings in the old client simply because TaleWorlds chose to hide them.

You shouldn't really worry about it, though. At least not until it crashes your game or kills your PC.

Will it even work with WSE2 if I re-install it? Or install it to some new directory? Or would it cause crashes?

I have to re-install it after every patch. So after 2.9.0 I did but the new heirloom textures disappered when I changed to WSE2 and I started getting those warnings.

yeah im using FinalBoss module as well , i get the same Errors the duplicate things, but in game everything works fine.
