Ah, i get how Strongholds work now. We need something like 6-7 players (with up to tier 6 vehicles) to get started in the smaller skirmishes - that will earn industrial resource to allow the upgrading of C-RAP mighty Stronghold!

Actually, players outside of the clan can participate as well, i guess the industrial resource rewards are individual.
