I'll lay our minor faction's diplomacy out right here. Any faction currently occupying land in the tundra (KUTT, Teutonic, HG, Dracul) can freely buy or sell at our fief of New Ismirala. We also have some gear available for purchase, including +3 fighting axes! They are brilliant cost-effective 1h AND 2h weapons. If you are of a faction that resides somewhere besides the tundra, you must obtain permission before buying/selling goods or gear in our fief of New Ismirala. Contact me and you'll likely get a favorable response. Run in unannounced and uninvited, and we'll be forced to take aggressive action upon you.
