Strat servers were reset directly after. The battle went off again. Fcc won a second time without a death.. The battle is still in the list and waiting to be fought.

Vovka, clearly you love battles in the middle of the night 

no it's conspiracy!

First movement on strategus was frozen in the same monment when we went to the objectives and turn on Quick march, then when chadz quick repaired strategus movement on the map and we make all attacks in time, someone broke battle list and moved all our battles for 3 hours ahead

They came to an agreement after the attack happened, but its fine if u ban all mercs and Hre for transfer  by attack

we didnt have agreement settled for transfers before so we attacked and then rested on diplomacy

if they can be auto it would be good for us and for Drz who might get earlier battles, that's good for us as well so we don't have to spend a sick-day on Wednesday

if i'm not mistaken you can simply transfer it to anyone in the fief..?

Because if the guy you are taking over the fief from is for example three days away from the fief it's faster to take it by attacking it. Switching fiefs without attacking would entail:
1) Waiting for both people to be in the same fief (could take a very long time).
2) Requiring both people to stop what they are doing (like making money/war) and go to the fief instead.

Simply attacking the fief will only cost one person 24 hours. Best deal available.
