Having 1 heirloom point in inventory and the item i can heirloom any item on the inventory but this. :p
Any idea?

Wouldnt it be lordly then? Im confused,im almost sure i have put only 2 heirlooms on it already.

No, light armors are:
+0 = Regular
+1 = Sturdy, +1 armor
+2 = Thick, +2 armor
+3 = Reinforced, +4 armor
