There is a game called "Rouge Legacy" that has been on steam's top sellers for a while. Basically you are an adventuring knight and once killed are succeeded by an heir that you get to choose to continue the game. Your new knight can be born near-sighted, far-sighted, autistic, gay, dwarfed, dementia stricken etc etc. No joke, it's actually really entertaining since all of these traits affect gameplay.
