Shielders=squares
2h=star thingies
Polearm=triangles
Cavalry=penii
Basically, the 3 main issues in formation fighting (besides actually GETTING in a formation and persuading people to not hero it up) are these:
Shielders push too hard when they should focus on extended fighting, staying alive, and protecting their teammates; especially long pole users.
2h stay too close to the formation and end up tking or glancing off teammates. Sure, they should stay close while moving to engage, but once fighting starts, they should move to flank or get behind the enemy.
Polearms are simply too aggressive. It's not a big deal if the 2h heroes die, but if the polearms die, cavalry runs rampant. If the shielders die, everyone dies.
