Rule against running

Aolmost well not aolmost every round archer or horse arcer/horse croosbow is running around till there is flag or till he's out of ammo and most people find it waste of time watching them running around.

So I suggest creating a new rule against this kind of gameplay.

If they are fighting (ie shooting), they are playing their way and should not be punished. It can be annoying, but I can say that seeing two shielders smack each others shield for ages is boring, or that the blockfest 2hers engage in is also. Same situation, different perception.
If they are just running to avoid their deaths, ie not shooting, it is delaying and is against the rules.

Best cure would be my suggestion that didn't get much attention that was to limit the max arrow amount to 2 stacks and overall ban spawning without proper melee weapon

The humor might be fun for u, but it is fun on behalf of others.

I don't see any problem. Just wait for flag.

I just don't get how people can be such assholes when they're the last alive as horse archer, horse crossbowman, high-ath thrower. It's like they have no consideration for the other people they're playing with, and while I don't think there should be a rule telling them they have to acquiesce and admit defeat, that probably is what they should do in most cases, and what I do whenever I'm the last alive on my horse crossbowman, because who the fuck wants to be "that guy" who dicks around with 60 other people who are just trying to play the goddamned game.
You think you're pretty smart with your dago mustache and your greasy hair.

I find it annoying too as I am an archer.  When im the last guy on the map I dont run for 45 seconds trying to get 3 meters between me and an opponent when they are on me they are on me and I fight to the death.

One way to stop this would be to make horse crossbowing impossible.

I'd like to see video evidence of a man on a horse while riding loading and firing a crossbow of ANY type. Please show me it can be done.

I suggest picking up a ranged sidearm.

1-2PT, 30-40 wpf. Congratulations, you now have access to throwing daggers or war darts. I heard they are good at stopping archers from running.
