I'm a bit curious here, as EU politics hasn't really spilled into NA or vice versa(from what I can tell), I have no real idea what's been going on. Are power dynamics in EU actually shifting for some reason? If so, whats the cause? Im not trying to troll or be smart, im legitimately curious.
