Elegant poleaxe needs some love! I have just bought +3 elegant poleaxe, so pls, buff it!  But seriously, why is it so underpowered? It's even worse than side sword

Ok, I have sold it, now you can nerf it to hell :P

Its pretty expensive for what you get. Should really be the longer one that does less damage.
If you have ranged troubles use this:

93 speed 30ish blunt damage, seems pretty good to me.

You mean in secondary mode?

yeah, it was just buffed in the recent patch. It is basically a balanced long hafted spiked mace, albeit much more expensive.

Why the fuck do people always reverse things when speaking about polearms.

The elegant poleaxe is not UP, it's all the 8 high tier polearms except the bec that are OP, making the elegant poleaxe look weak.

And if the normal stats are not OP enough, use the secondary mode.

OP compared to what? Other polearms? Buff underperformers rather than make polearms even more nerfed

OP compared to other polearms and certainly to all possible melee weapons when you see what you get with the alt modes (knockdown + badass blunt damage).

All these weapons except the bec are way too long to be that fast. More precisely, they are way too long and unbalanced not to have the unbalanced tag attached to all of them, except the bec.

Polearms have ridiculous stats, and two handers have ridiculous animations, considering according to the statistics they are both neck-in-neck with each other for total percentage of damage dealt I really don't see polearms nor two handers OP, since, well... They are both ridiculous.
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.

Try the secondary mode, it kicks ass. 33b on +3 elegant deals more damage to the average kuyak clubber than the normal cut mode. Plus you get the knockdown and less glance chance.

Elegant poleaxe is fine...has 93 speed...

I don't know why anyone would use the poleaxe over a long bardiche though...if anything needs a buff it's the poleaxe (and maybe some of the other higher tier poleaxes).

Basically the same length, same speed, 5 less cut on the poleaxe, but a lot more pierce.  That's worth almost 3 times as much as a long bardiche?  Or maybe my favorite poleaxe (the long bardiche) is just OP...queue up the QQ.
