While walking back home, I was attacked by the brodnics for no apparent reason. Anyone in the alliance or their buddies mind explaining why the hell did they randomly attack me?

Unless you can manage to get on a horse with your one troop you'll probably keep getting wiped until you can get a hold of all the various factions' diplomacy heads. It's really like purgatory; I wish they had it fixed so getting wiped on NA would have you respawn there.

The real question is why would they waste time attacking random unarmed players. It's a tactical error because they're wasting resources and locking down an army by fighting battles that would never happen other wise.

I like you, but your faction pulled a dick move by betraying KUTT. We gave you your fief when we didn't have to. Gave you gold and troop support, and then you take that army and wage war on us when you get a "better deal". Sure, it was the best decision for the survival of your fiefs. I get that, but you can't really complain when people randomly attack you and betray you from now on. You should expect it, especially when you're an easy target.

I'll second the complaint about EU spawning. SWF members are always attacked on their return journeys when they have no goods, but the one that was able to sneak some S&D out of a castle before returning somehow managed a safe journey. I think there's more than just a language barrier. I even once received an email (not a PM, and with no return address) warning me about my faction's audacity to be randomly spawned in their territory.

yep there's definitely an issue with the ethos of most EU clans regarding neutral/unknown parties.

Crusader alliance borders are open, and if your looking to get back to NA feel free to cross through our lands.  Make sure to give a heads up if you are armed however so your intentions are clear.

Gave one of your members a free horse for a return journey once, also Nord also doesnt attack clearly labelled (clan branded) americans in our lands, your screwed enough as it is with your respawn point.

Yes, thank you Nords! Most of the attacks (and poorly worded warnings) came from the Coalition, so I guess we can try to take our revenge on their NA counterparts.

Perhaps we should all join the USA_*_AMERICA clan to make sure the brands are even more clear... or will that just lead to attacks out of spite?
