So i need to install some kind of irc client. But they arent free right? Usually 1 week trial time or something then you cant use the client anymore.

Wait until ban expires.

Someone blacklisted our IP range and that's why we can't join webirc anymore.

Actually, now I can. Lasted for a week I think. Wait for few days.

Sometimes the Quakenet which is one IRC network of many focused on gaming/gamers blacklists whole IP blocks on their webchat because people in those IP ranges violated network rules by i.e. flooding channels, spamming urls including malware and stuff like that.
If you happen to be unlucky and have one of those IPs assigned to you because you live in the general area or are using the same proxy you will get that message.
Mostly get removed after a few days.

As it says in the message you can still use a regular IRC client to connect with your ip which is what I would recommend to anyone who is using IRC on a regular basis anyway.
Another good alternative is IRC-Cloud which is also a webbased irc client which at the sametime stays connected with your name when you close the window but you need an invite from someone who already is a user there.

Or people who just quote a post asking for +1s, at least make it original. If it is not the classic "raise my epenis" message, I might not downvote it, but I am tired of seeing people just asking for +1s.
