I hate having a duel with someone who uses a 2-d polearm like i do, it is so god damn boring and the only interesting thing that you can do is try to hit him on the backswing.
I hate fighting any 2h as it takes no WPF to use it effectively as i can do way better with a 2h and no WPF than a 2-d polearm with over 150 WPF
I hate fighting any weapon that has more than 98 base speed
I hate fighting archers
I hate fighting horse archers/ x-bow cav
I hate fighting shielders when they have a steel pick or MW elite scrimitar
I hate fighting peasents and perfer to avoid them at all times
I hate fighting the KUTT bannerstack unless Swiss bannerstack is rolling
I hate fighting people who have lots of looms
I hate fighting people who think they are good because they can ride a horse and uses a lance
I hate fighting people who use fast weapons and good footwork so I can't even swing
I hate fighting try-hards
I hate fighting people who purposely use OP weapons


I enjoyed fighting anyone with my boxer build but absoutely abhorred anybody who stole my kill after I beat the shit out of somebody using only my fists
I enjoyed fighting cav when I was dagger cav
I enjoy fighting anyone who does not take this game seriously

I like fighting everybody, cos that's the whole gig baby. But i love fighting: Mazrim, Zen/Yomi/Masako/"the veiled and cleaving terror dancing sword", Frugster, Voester, Passion, Herby, Willard_Blackthorn, Hobo_with_a_weapon, Elindor (and the rest of the clan HG too) special props to you though brother for the many good fights! Heisenberg, Orijin, Luk, Mist, the clan Kutt (melee), Artie i love you but the things you do to me... I can't legally consider it a fight usually   the clan McKinnon (sp?), the clan HoC, some for duelability and some for casual play style (don't take no shit from nobody, just mute and waste their trolls), those MB losers, especially the really losery ones (you know who you are), any archer duel with someone who has points in archery just cos it's funny, and any cav brave enough to charge me on my steed with my swinging fists. Anyone who is having fun and can goof around even if it ends up killing them, anyone who has ignored the clock and flag with me and had all their attention on the fist-fight at hand. All the people afk that i've walked up to and kicked and whistled at until they return, and then immediately kill me.. well done i say, well done. So many more, such good memories that are left out because i have such a bad memory.

I dislike fighting: Nobody specific. Ranged that refuse to switch out of ranged mode, no matter the price. Finally of course, the worst of all foes, the all mighty S key.

I don't think it is overpowered, it is not particularly bad either though. I was just responding to Kafein who said that your blocking makes duels with you a mental challenge. I simply added that apart from good blocking skills you also take about 8 hits to kill. Which makes a duel with you last long, very long.

I play for fun, but sometimes it's hard to see what amusement others get, everyday with same min/maxed gear. The no shield hero's who cry cause they get shot and the agiwhores who cry cause they get cavbumped to death should think a bit: Maybe if it was NOT so OBVIOUSLY me with my OP shit, ppl would not focus me to remove my threat XD

But yeah, I like the armor because although I block decently, I can easily make mistakes, and I like my duels to focus on technique rather than pure spasmasodic reflexes.

Thing is, I am not the best fighter on reflexes. That's a fact. I can't feint very well, and my blocking is sometimes good, sometimes average. I prefer to fight with my head, try to find opportunities. But for that, I need to take risks, and I have to make sure that a blow is going to be significant. That's why I go armored STR, and also why sometimes it can get pretty boring, because for some fighters, like you, its difficult to find those opportunities and I often take many blows before I can exploit an opening.
