Having Error when downloading the launcher.

When i click on "download latest version" on the cRPG site it downloads but when i click to open, i click run then it just says this:

X The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

I have just got a new PC and trying to get cRPG back, to play it again and this happens, need help on this!

Resolved. just needed to get windows .NET Framework.
