i get 1 shotted ALL THE TIME now I haven't survived more than 2 arrows all day long wtf changed for them? they NEVER seem to miss and when they hit its devastating... not crying just wondering

Because:

PD Wpf penalty(15*PD - 1.5^PD):
1 --- 13.5
2 --- 27.75
3 --- 41.625
4 --- 54.9375
5 --- 67.40625
6 --- 78.609375
7 --- 87.9140625
8 --- 94.37109375
9 --- 96.556640625
10 - 92.3349609375
11 - 78.50244140625
12 - 50.253662109375
13 - 0.3804931640625

Now after looking at that, you tell me what you think any archer with half a brain will use.
I'll give you a hint, it starts with a one and ends with a three. Yes, 0WM may look bad, but when you have ZERO penalties for WPF, you are suddenly far more accurate then imaginable or previously possible especially with the extra reticule bonus of 13 PD.

13 PD is an extra +140% damage (the 3 past 10 won't do anything for added damage as it exceeds the bow prerequisite +4 limit, so capped at 10*14%), allows you to have a literally perfectly closed reticule with a second and a half time window (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) for keeping it closed, and your arrows go a very long distance before finally slowing down enough to arc or have damage reduction penalties.
I'm not normal and I don't pretend so, my approach is pretty much a bomb crescendo.
Death is a fun way to pass the time though, several little bullets moving in staccato.
The terror of my reign will live on in infamy, singing when they die like a dead man's symphony.

In all seriousness, Why not just take away the power draw penalty and leave it at that?  Was athletics really that bad?  I'm glad strength archery is viable now, but you can't go agility anymore?  Even 24 / 27 strength archers have the highest penalty - but keep pumping to 30-39 str, and the penalty is completely annulled?  That's entirely more min/max than before.  Builds from 12 str to 30 strength should be unique and interesting.

Yeah, I hope we bring back the viability of balanced builds.  This is terrifying.  Right now 36/6 yumi bow horse archer on a sumpter is 10x more effective than my main.

One time, in band camp, this kid told us he's going 13 pd. I was like, no way silly, but he was like fuck you and get off my nuts. The next day he headshots me from across the map...
