Unban Request...

So I kill[url] a box on the Battle server and suddenly EVERYONE on my team begins to TW me until im dead, so i die then the next round Fallen_Loki and his clanmates shoots me down until im dead. so the next round i TK him I get kicked..... i join the server again and he shoots me down once more and he doesnt get kicked....the next round i kill him again with another character and then i get banned. I dont understand why he didnt get any action done to him and Im here asking to be unbanned. This is a bullshit ban and I'm not sorry for killing him. I will say I wont kill him if unbanned as long as he doesnt kill me.

A)  You were team-breaking siege equipment/weapon racks when it was pretty clear that our team was trying to build cavalry defenses.

B)  While Loki was defending our siege equipment, you were determined to kill him and break the stuff. 

You are clearly in the wrong, don't play dumb.  The admin saw it, the team saw it, you saw it.

Been talking him in TS, but, he apparently killed a weapon rack thinking it was just something weird on the ground. Fallen(by the way he's talking in TS) didn't like that He removed their weapon rack and subsequently TKed him a few times to 'punish him' for it. He then and escalated things against loki after loki antagonized him multiple times.

Please check logs on this matter, if you can. I understand that logs most likely won't be up, if ever, but tinoshi hasn't(at least while in our TS) done shit like this.

Also, isn't building shit in battle against the rules?

This is true i killed the "Box" thats fine that the team killed me, but immediatley the next round Lokii and his clanmates killed me..... AND NOTHING WAS DONE TO THEM.

To be honest I wasnt even the only one attacking the damn thing I just finished it off. I had no bad intentions, I know what its for now and I'm sorry for breaking it, its just that I was TWed and Tked multiple times the few rounds after that incident and I got frustrated nothing was being done to stop it so I took the matter in my own hands.

Tinoshi is a notorious griefer and TKer and lies through his teeth while doing it. I banned him from the KUTT TS because he flat out refused to admit he was Tinoshi. Anything he claims with any innocence cannot and should not be trusted.

Tinoshi / Conqueefador was banned from the Dracul teamspeak for griefing and lying.  He's on a fast track to being removed from the entire Nditions teamspeak if he keeps up what he's doing.

Not to mention that he's built himself a pretty shit reputation in the game since day one, whether it be trolling, team wounding / killing or even just being annoying in general.

Alas, poor Tinoshi.  I knew him, Horatio; a fellow of infinite grief and troll...
