Posting rules:
  • Use the board search to check if the topic you want to create already exists.
  • Post new threads in the appropriate subforum.
  • Give a sensible description of the thread's content in the title, meaningless titles like "help" don't tell anybody about your problem.
  • Be polite, keep the cursing to a minimum; adding insults to your arguments does not make them better.
  • Keep your post readable. Don't use smileys, large, small or colored text etc. excessively. Use spoilers for large quotes or paragraphs of text.
  • Only post in English in the main board. Try to use correct grammar and spelling.
  • Stick to the topic: before you respond to the last post made in a thread, check if you are adding to the original discussion.
  • No chatting. Use private messages if you want to talk to a specific user.
  • Don't double-post (2 post in a row), use the modify button to edit the first post.
  • Don't post the same thread over multiple boards.

General rules:
  • Stick to game context, don't post any real life related stuff about other community members.
  • No excessive flaming or trolling, especially not in the "Beginner's Help" subboard.
  • No racism, sexism, discriminatory speech, images or similar.
  • No links to sites with illegal/legally questionable/offensive content.
  • No posting of pornographic content.
  • No flooding

If you see a post breaking these rules, please do not respond to it, use the 'report to moderator' button instead. Don't abuse the button to contact the staff, we have private messages for that.

Additional rules may be added as we see a need for it.
Deciding whether a post is in violation of the rules is up to moderators, not users.

The moderating staff may assign forum members a 'warning level'. Users above a certain level will be muted (unable to post) or marked as 'watched'. The warning level decreases over time.

It has come to our attention that people have dug up personal real life information about some community members and then used this info to troll around with.

Moderate trolling/flamewar/whatever is part of the game. This must stay in character though - expanding it to personal level is just stupid and can escalate beyond cRPG. This will not be tolerated at all.
