divide the base value by about 10k otherwise were gonna have 100,000's of renown by the end of the month. Lets try and keep the figure in the >1000 range perhaps?
Smooth is the admin NA deserves. Not being that much better, EU deserves Thomek.

Not sure why it's items' you lost instead of items killed on enemy team.

Because renown is based on how large the battle was, not your personal score. If you were the hero involved in the battle, and it was large, you will be renowned whether you win or lose (but more if you win).

recruits generally dont wanna sign up for perpetually losers.  Losing should cut renown in half or MORE..maybe 1/5th

currently the system rewards people with gobs of "renown" for performing poorly in the heaviest loomed armor, basically for gear crutching, and not very well. It does the opposite if you perform well in normal gear.

maybe the battle KDR should factor or be multiplier for renown gained.  Generally new troops dont want to be on the lower KDR side...as it means they're likely to become a casualty.

Lol... this is ridiculous. Did you even have own battles (as commander) or did you get the renown only though the clan?
