I know you laready become more innacurate, but I think lowering it would reduce shotgunning and kiting.

Standing still its 50/50 aiming with a bow.. releasing while on the move is totaly random. (Atleast for me High PD)
You can only influence general direction and elevation somewhat.

Your suggestion would not change anything for archery

set a maximum hold time based on STR.  i dont mind the movement, but the infinite hold with no penalty is just stupid
