Well there is a reason why you just don't shit post in ban section. Admins should not be forced to read countless pages of useless horse poop to be able to make their decision whether to ban/unban someone. That's why these rules are enforced.

If you weren't there when something happened or you don't have some useful info about the situation, you should not post. Saying "These screens don't prove anything" is not useful. The sentence has no value at all because it's the admin who decides if the screens are legit, not you.
