XmasRPG was boring as fuck when chadz released it.
Nostalgia is a powerful thing gentlemen.
Well, I for one, knew absolutely nothing about XmasRPG until 'after' it was over. Shows how much awareness was raised for it huh?
And besides, You played back then I assume? And you still play now? If you lasted that long, it couldn't have been that bad, right?
The current cRPG, has obsolete armours in the market, (plate), and generally anything over 14k. This is because little bitches like Rebelyell over here, who must be a specialist in losing, considering a horse bump seemingly kills him instantly. Talk about Bad-luck Brian, or what?
The current cRPG is just a monotone, no-sense of achievement, grind.
New players - "I'll save up and get plate, *gets it* oh, cant afford it. Fuck this game".
Vanilla players that aren't zeta-males "I'll use my plate, *puts it on* oh can't afford it. Fuck this game."
Post-patch players - "Vanilla was shithouse, and I never played it, so my opinion is about as valid as a retards, who's cave exploring on Mars."
In pre-patch, I had heraldic with surcoat, winged great helm, mail chaussers, mail mittens, palfrey, heavy lance, elite cav shield and +3 long hafted blade.
So, in perspective, I wasn't a tin-can.
AND, that game shat all over this one. And it didn't stop there, oh no. It proceeded to massage it in with the cheeks. Like a good ol' Cleveland Steamer
