So it looks like the good price gets reset when you respec, but ONLY after you go to change the good price.
We had good price at 20, went to change it to 21 and it took 13 Production Points and the good price went to 16. Not to mention after respeccing we put the tax to 10% and prosperity to 208. When the good price reset to 16 the prosperity was also lost, but the tax stayed.
So we lost points putting into prosperity and getting our good price changed...so it seems like there's still bugs associated with this.
