Well they say its Armenian but technically speaking - since you Turks almost completely annihilated those poor bastards and probably took whatever you could from their culture I recon it could very well be called a Turkish instrument instead.

Gnjus there is an Ottoman realism mod for EU4 and it includes Ottoman music. Its in ogg but i will convert to mp3 and upload when i get home because i know you listen to this stuff and it has awesome old Turk songs. Stay tuned
