If you were an ordinary user who posted a gif at the wrong moment or something like that, a warning notification like yours would indeed lead to outrage and drama.

But it is you (your reputation bar already looked like that before you opened this thread. I don't know you, but what can such a bar tell me about you?), and you insulted someone for his choice of a fun avatar which you apparently took serious, and didn't let the opportunity go to not only insult him in the very thread you saw it without any connection to the topic, it was also in the beginner board, where you are supposed to try to represent the community well.

Your missing self discipline, insight and also missing knowledge about internet humour bestowed those -1 upon you, not some kind of weird conspiracy and intimate enmity, as you'd like to imply.

Whatever it is you did was likely not very professional either, that doesn't mean they can respond the same way, but cmon, after all this is still a game.
Admins are just players like the rest, the only difference is that they spend time correcting people on the forum and in game. You get endless trolling on this forum, let them have their little moment of abooze so they can feel like real men 

Don't get yourself in a position in which you have to be warned and you won't have the bullshit of someone telling you to behave.
