Make strategus preparation time depend on equipment.

Simple:

Unarmed: 1 minute
Lightly armed: 2 minutes
Armed: 2.5 minutes
Heavily armed: 3 minutes
Shiny army: 4 minutes

No more long preparation for peasants.

What does heavily armed need 4 minutes for? 2 minutes at max should be enough for all gear. ATM it takes ages till the battle starts. I made videos of most of my strategus battles and in some the preparation phase takes longer than the actual battle...

Absolutely true. Should not depend on armor bur on ppl actually playing.

Equipment status says something about equipment carried. Much equipment, more building materials and such.
You can use the 4 minutes for placing ladders/ starting with building and such stuff.

Adding amount of tickets to influence it is fine as well, but im a bit tired of all these peasant battles with loads of waiting time ;)
