I bought 100 goods in prize of 7 gold per each. After leaving fief prize change its value to 15 gold wtf???? ( i am dont talking about distance bonus)

If S&D is below a certain level (150 or the daily S&D, dunno), the price is leveled to 15 gold.
The logic of war seems to be that if a belligerent can fight he will fight.

While what they said is true....

Base price will always read as 15 in the inventory as soon as you leave.  That is the "value" for goods at all times, no matter what the price at home is.  Buying price (and base price for that matter) has nothing to do with selling price anyway, so it doesn't matter.
