This vote is rigged.  :|

Lilith you're post is nice and all, I just wish you'd be more open for a small discussion before you ban players (like you did with muffin). You seem to mean the best, but I have the feeling you're not mature enough to handle situations accordingly and cool-headed.

[...]handle situations accordingly and cool-headed.

I never saw Lilith banning anyone for something not worthy a ban (I'm not as active as many others, so I didn't vote at all here), but as far as I read in the forum one problem is that aggression level can be rather high in cRPG. If you get reprehended by an admin although you "didn't do anything wrong" it just raises the level of aggression.
Maybe Lilith should just consider being more "nice" with the first warning and not start speaking about ban immediately.

I know, that sounds like we're all in the kindergarden, but actually we are. cRPG community may be a bit more mature than the multiplayer community of Native (which sucks on big servers) but there are still people who start raging because of peanuts.
Keeping aggression level low should be the first duty of an admin, I think.

Just to chip in. I really like that Lilith is one of those that actually DO anything about intentional tk'ers. Keep up the good work my man!
This game isn't about being skillful as much as its about saying things in general chat that enrage people who then go to murder you but in their rage they make dumb mistakes which gets them killed.

Clearly the 155 votes came from NA players, who have no idea what's going on.

Absolutely. Hence, system = bullshit. Both voting and nominating are totally divorced from genuine evidence of wrongdoing.

It's for chadz to decide, that sounds like it might be a bit too simplistic. I think it's obvious that something has to change, though.

Hey, that is how democracy works too. You know, IRL, people ask others to vote for them as well, without any good reason. That is how singers and strippers and such get into governments. But then, most of the people there do belong. So it works.

Of the votes that have been here, only one has passed and it had a good reason to pass.

First vote on nuffen - imho, he had been doing a few things not as good as they could've been done, but not real abuse. Vote failed.
Second vote on nuffen - afaik, he had improved, hence the results of the vote are a lot more in his favour. Vote failed again.
If there is a third vote on nuffen, i imagine it won't have much support.

How does chadzocracy not work?
VIVA LA chadzISTAN!

no collateral damage is acceptable, especially when we are not in a war.

lilith is the only admin that is "admin for real" -  he admins more than he plays, which is good. there are some admins that are here only to be admins and do nothing. still for me lilith is to strict, so i gave him +1 too in a nomination phase although i voted opposite in the poll itself. maybe some general thread where admins could be "discussed" would be good so they could get some feedback. now the only feedback is you're suddenly nominated because of abuse before knowing what the community thinks you're doing wrong.

From my point of view im just happy that he actually does something, i much prefer his stricter fashion of admining compared to others where i see the same people getting a warning every round for doing the exact same thing.

Oh yeah, Wooki obviously did not deserve to be doctored pre-release even though he was generous monthly donator, yet nuffen somehow managed to convince chadz that he should be kept as an admin... Logic at work. More conspiracy theories please.

At least we got such active admins like him, and evryone makes an mistake, if your banned for an accidant go to the unban topic and give a good reason, while after that you can speak to the admin who didn't saw evrything
