Exact same can be said of the "Yes" voters. No way of knowing whether those 158 votes were just the result of his lobbying in the servers or asking NA people to vote in his favour.

Yeah but then we can remove the fact that people are randomly voting. Only accused can post and their evidence can be discussed, which forces people to be more serious about what they are doing and admins has to be more careful about their decisions.
Basically the idea is : only request demoting an admin if you have a strong evidence against them.
